What the Client Actually Needed

What We Did (Step by Step)
1. Material Choice: The “Natural Luxury” Balance
We went with FSC-certified rigid paperboard (gray board), 2.5mm thick. Why?
Feels solid and expensive in hand
Protects glass bottles during transit
Won’t warp over time (people keep good boxes—we know this)
Then we added soft-touch matte lamination. Run your finger over it. Feels like velvet. That’s not an accident.

Water-based coating, no nasty chemicals
Fully recyclable
2. Structural Design: Looks Good, Works Better
Sleeve + tray design
Outer sleeve: brand logo + foil stamping. Catches the eye on a shelf.
Inner tray: pull it out and all three products are visible, neatly nested.
Custom inserts
We cut EVA foam inserts to match each product exactly—serum, face cream, eye cream. Covered them in champagne-colored velvet. Zero movement during shipping. When the box opens, the products sit there like jewelry.
Little touches that matter:
Finger notch so you can actually get the products out
Removable insert so the box becomes a keepsake (jewelry, small items—customers love this)
3. Printing: Making the Brand Story Visible
CMYK + 2 Pantone spot colors
That “morning mist green” and “rose gold” stay exactly the same across every single box. No fading, no color drift.
Matte rose gold foil stamping
Logo and product names. Understated, not flashy. Fits the natural luxury vibe perfectly.
Inside the lid
We printed a handwritten quote from the founder: “Nature’s finest, for your finest self.”
This wasn’t in the original request. The client almost cried when they saw the sample. And yes—customers photograph it and post it.
4. Extras That Complete the Ritual

Matte champagne ribbon – lifts the inner tray easily
Brand story card – 100% recycled paper, tells the “why” behind the brand
