Standard Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is just 10 to 15 business days. This timeline begins after we receive your approval on the digital proofs for your ordered products.
Incorrect Address Policy
If a client provides an incorrect or insufficient address that prevents successful delivery by the courier company, the shipment will be returned to us. The client will be responsible for all reshipment costs to deliver the order to the corrected address.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment remains unclaimed by the client and is returned to the company, the client will be liable for all reshipment costs.
Xinpeng Packaging will not be held responsible for:
Delays caused by courier companies
Delays due to unavoidable weather or political circumstances
Delays initiated by government authorities (e.g., customs and clearance departments)
Delays resulting from incorrect order details or shipping addresses provided by the client
